So Neil's talked a couple of times about this lately, but more like, he's researching an idea (I thought it was a recent idea, but I could be wrong). Then on the most recent post on his blog, he said it's a book that's due next week. Huh? I thought he was still writing the Graveyard Book, which was due out next. Does anyone know anything more that I might've missed?

Hi Scoundrel -- mostly because I'm supposed to be doing something else right now (mainly, writing two papers and one practicum report, all due on Tuesday, eek), I can't find the original post that mentions Odd, but somewhere in his posts while in England etc. -- so sometime in the last six weeks -- Mr. Gaiman mentioned that he is writing this short story for a collection or special book type of thing. So it's its own story and not a research exercise. And yes, apparently he is still at work on The Graveyard Book, but he's been working on that for quite some time (obviously not on the time press for it as he is for Odd). The two are unrelated. Hope this helps.
