Why are you using [code]?
You are a *Taverner*. Sometimes patrons want to go where everybody know their names, though it helps when half of them are named John. When people want to celebrate, or commiserate, they gather to your establishment. You provide the atmosphere, the warmth, rum, and even an ear to bend. Did I mention the rum? Years before the language will be mangled with terms like facilitator and networking and interpersonal communication, you've overseen it all, and broken up a few bar fights, to boot. Does that look the way you want it to? |

I got it to work by using the wrapper in my editor, and did the rest manually. Otherwise it is a *teeny* bit big  .~You are a *Taverner*. That may seem strange, since I'm posting this, but I can quick reply okay, but any time I use the proper reply box, try to edit a post, make a thread, anything like that, the box just times out! I was testing various things to see if I could figure out why, but as of yet I'm having no luck.  |

Our Technical Administrator is on holiday at the moment, but once she returns I'll ask her to look in at it for you - she has much more experience of this stuff than I have  what browser are you using, there's a couple of threads started in the FAQ by limertilly with problems with firefox that may be related. ~ I prefer to live in a country that's small, and old, and where no one would ever have the NERVE to wear a cape in public, whether they could leap tall buildings in a single bound or not. when's spring due?. |

That was my first thought, but I've tried it in both FF and IE and I get the same problem. I've cleared my cache and done all the usual things, but I'm having no luck with any of it! Oh well, at least I can *post* for the time being.

Okay, I'll get a couple of other people to look into this as soon as I can catch them, in the meantime to save us all time, let me know if you solve it yourself (and what it was so i know for future posters)

I hate to ask but would it be possible to upgrade the board? I am quite fond of Invision. I miss my View New Posts button and the bar separating posts and sigs. At least some choices in the style sheet to make it more readable. ArsTechnica uses the Eve solution but it looks much nicer. http://episteme.arstechnica.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/67909965/m/995001216831
