Are there limits/rules to signiture size and length and images? As a general rule, I try to keep mine whimsical but unobtrusive. I know no one here that I've seen has a long or annoying sig, no big pictures or anything, but I didn't see any official rules? Are there any?

No official rules. We just request that folks keep them at an un-annoying level.

There was a nicely lengthy discussion about a particularly long and annoying one once... I say if it's almost always significantly longer than your posts, it's too much. But that's just me.

I know this is prob obvious but I can't figure it out:
how do you put a dividing line between your sig and your posts?

The trick is to have the line included as a permanent part of the autosig. I think various posters use various methods of writing the line.

You might consider skirting the whole issue and using a pushbutton, though. Pushbuttons confuses some people, which is always nice.

Do I push it? Ooohhh, I wanna....but what if I end up having to donate??
