Hello everyone! I'm new here! Smile

Anyway, if you're wondering where to get a hold of Gaiman's graphic novels, you'll be surprised to learn that certain National Bookstore branches sell them for a cheaper price than at Powerbooks. Big Grin You just have to know where to look. I found some copies in the Megamall and Glorietta branches. Smile

It's really nice to know that there are a lot of Gaiman fans here in the Philippines (aside from an officemate, myself, and my sisters). Smile

I bought most of my Gaiman books from Powerbooks, though the harder-to-find ones are from Fullybooked (the reformatted PageOne in Rockwell) and *(I forgot the name of the bookstore) the bookstore across tower records in glorietta 1. This last bookstore was selling "Wolves in the Walls" even before Powerbooks and National. So sorry I forgot its name. Frown

It's called Bibliarch. That's where I get all my copies of Sandman and the other obscure stuff you can't get from Powerbooks. Smile

Wow! may thread pala for pinoys! bakit ngayon ko lang nakita to?? Anyway here's some bit of news regarding Neil's visit to Pinas:

Fully Booked will be sponsoring Neil's signings and readings during his stay here from July 9-11 (they confirmed it during the New Worlds Convention in Makati). Each fan will be allowed to bring 3 books for him to sign. Coincidentally, the Smoke and Mirrors paperback has been released in the Philippines. If your pocketbook/purse permits, buy it when Neil comes to guarantee your place in one of the readings.

Also if you're interested, there's a Yahoo group of Filipino Gaiman fans: Nocturne.

Hello mga katotong Pinoy!

Nice to see that Gaiman fans are growing. Was getting lonely during the early 90's, when I felt like a fan of some obscure exotic literary works.. First got hold of Sandman: Fables and Reflections and Bang!(--> last two words not part of the title Wink). Just enough time to get The Wake piecemeal.

Hope to see some of you when Neil gets here! July 9-11.. (Hmm.. ano kaya papipirmahan ko?..) Roll Eyes
