Posted Question: I don't drive. Mostly because I grew up with people who would drive crazy when they were mad. They could be mad at a passenger, another driver, or a traffic jam. My dad died because of road rage. My Uncle slept in my other Uncle and my dad were pissed and drove off without him and the Uncle who was driving decided to race a train because he didn't want to be late for work. They got hit by the train. my Uncle died immediately. My dad died a week later. My mom almost got in an accident because she was having a snit about her nose tissue falling on the floor. When she was mad she'd start speeding and driving erratically. When I mentioned my ex-husband speeding and driving erratically to an advocate at the woman shelter she told me, “That is assault with a deadly weapon and is considered abuse." I realized I have a car phobia because I have been driven by road ragers all my life. Both men and woman are capable of being abusive, controlling, have stalking tendencies, manipulative and be liars. Do you have abusive tendencies and are not aware of it? Well if you have road rage then you are abusive because careless driving is abusive. I decided to pose this question with a poll so those who don't want others to know the admitted to road rage don't have to expose themselves. Are you a road rager? Choices: Yes, I get mad and drive erratically and speed when I am driving. When I get mad I feel rage but stop on the side of the road and cool off. I get mad but I still drive carefully. In the past few days, we've been getting a *huge* amount of Notifications that are bouncing back to the mod email. If you've noticed that you haven't been receiving your normal notifications (ie, new posts, private messages, etc), please make sure that gaiman.board.mods@gmail.com is in your email's safe list. The majority of the bounce-backs seem to be coming from hotmail addresses, so if you've got a hotmail email, please make sure we're in your address book, even if you don't have notifications set up.
