To me, it would seem the natural kid thing to do would not be: have dog eat, have dog poop, have barbie clean poop... it would be: have dog eatt, have dog poop, giggle, forget about Barbie, feed dog again, have it poop, etc. I can also see the peeing cat becoming a squirt gun...
