So, as you probably know, I'm a bit obsessed with my Gaiman collection. I recently ordered an issue of Punch magazine to add to my Gaiman collection. Neil was in a June 14th 1989 issue of this weekly mag. I found a listing for June 15 '89 and ordered it hoping they had the date off by a day.
Actually, I had it off by a century. It was the 1889 issue! So, I've been flipping through it, enjoying the old art and ads. This one just cracked me up. I mean, the fact that it's fish sauce. So, I had to share. |

I think saying "cock sauce" for anything is funny. I was wondering where that name came from... If it was chicken sauce, then it'd makes sense...
