"Chives?"
"Yes, m'lud?"
"Is that Ms Ephemera hovering over the croquet lawn?"
"Indeed m'lud. She's marshalled all the haggle-dans. Missy-twigs and vale-nymphs from Claypole Woods. Apparently she intends to tear this house down and dance on the ruins."
"Well, Chives, you'd better start the car, what? And pack my tennis things too"

I prefer to live in a country that's small, and old, and where no one would ever have the NERVE to wear a cape in public, whether they could leap tall buildings in a single bound or not.

It wasn't really mind-bleach necessary, just more of a 'why was this idea conceived, let alone filmed'? kinda thing.

And this may need mind bleach for Tennant fans, but just an explanation would do.

It so is.

I can't decide whether it's disturbing because of the annoying music, the bizarre concept, the way it seems to be done completely seriously or because E.T. looks so heart-breakingly sad.

GAH! One of my coworkers was telling me about a friend of hers in Omaha that managed to kill her own kid by NOT closing the back door to the car and NOT buckling the kid into a seat of some sort. Kid fell out and cracked his neck and skull, dying instantly. But then the lady BACKED THE CAR UP OVER THE KID!

I can't get this out of my head. Its the most horrible thing I've heard in ages.

A friend of a family friend accidentally backed over his wife with a caravan and killed her. Shit happens.

I feel worse for the bus driver of the kid thats schoolbag got caught in the doors of a bendy bus, he didn't notice and the kid got dragged a couple of blocks and died.

Killing them and tanning the hides = very sensible.

INCLUDING THEIR FACES IN THE FINISHED PRODUCT = horrid.

On the upside, you'd never have your purse stolen.
