fyi, on Wednesday, a new 1602 miniseries started, though not written by Neil. I'd appreciate reviews should anyone pick it up!

i picked it up...it was $3.50. it wasn't very good but first issues are general mostly setup, so we'll see how it goes. it takes place in the americas this time and features peter parquagh, virginia dare, and david banner as the grey hulk. there are also dinosaurs in the new world. it definitely seems to be relying more on the art than plot. neil's original series was good but not great. this on the other kind seems like the best we can hope for is not awful.
