Just saw this post on Kotaku:
Sherlock Holmes Versus Cthulhu
Which is odd because last night I started Fragile Things, the first story being precisely the same combination of worlds.

Neil have anything to do with this one?

Neil's story, one must remember, was written for Shadows Over Baker Street, an entire book of Holmes/Lovecraft fusion. The idea of combining the two was not Neil's (he just did it well)

Ah true- Loved his story. It's quite an interesting idea to mix the two.. if not a challenge.

I know this thread is nearly two months old now, but nobody ever talks about this game and it was great! I think the idea may have come from the Shadows Over Baker Street book in the first place (although not specifically Neil), although without giving too much away the game doesn't combine the mythos in the way you might expect.

Poirot is in it in a pretty amusing cameo, though.
