I have always wondered if it Were Neil or Terry who came up with Sable's line the nutritional value of a Sony walkman. It is my absolute favorite, I don't really know why. Has anyone else ever wondered? Does anyone know?

Yes it is silly to reply to myself but I just wanted to correct the were should be "were" not "Were". And also state (because I don't know how to get in touch and I don't want to get in trouble) that the Avatar is my cat Gollom, not stolen from someone else.

s'not silly, but you are able to edit your own posts. Still, the occasional typo doesn't really matter much!
It's been quite a while since I read it, but I do vaguely remember that bit. As to who wrote it, I have no idea. Both of them have said in various interviews that it was a really collaborative effort, each one would edit the other, and that there were only certain bits that were definitely Neil or Terry. I always rather liked the concept that any cassette left in a car for more than a fortnight turned into "Best of Queen". Although I do think it's a bit dated. Yes, my car has a cassette player, but now I use my ipod! cute kitty! I would have thought the end of the world is everyone's responsibility, wouldn't you? ~Death in Thief of Time Minister of Kraftwerk in the Realm of U & P, Order of the Pineapple with frond for advancement in Nap studies. |
