I felt oblidged to tell you all (since I'm sure you all care) how happy I am to find out that Mr. Gaiman has written short stories and that he has some of them graciously posted online. You see, for my AP English class assignment, we have to do a research paper on an author. Not just any author, but an author who has written five short stories and who has literary critisism on them/their shortstories. I'll have to analyze the reaccuring themes and whatnot..blahblahblah. It's not important, really. The important thing is, I was very frustrated because all of the authors I know for sure had written short stories had already been chosen by other kids in my class and I wanted to be original. None of the books in the school library looked interesting. "This sucks!" I declared. My teacher scowled at me and I decided it best to just let it go. But of course, I never let things go, and when I typed in "Gaiman short stories" on google this afternoon, lo and behold -- an author who's works I enjoy has written short stories? How stupendious!

Now I can hopefully dig up some proper critisism (on that note...if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be much oblidged) and forge a well-thought out research project.

That's really all I had to say. Sort of a waste of a post, I guess..but I just felt like saying horrah for Gaiman!

This might be a silly question, but being as you obviously have access to a computer with an internet connection and web browser... have you tried just doing a google search on "neil gaiman criticism"?

Google is your friend.
