Okay folks, here's the deal....
I am part of the Hill House Neil Gaiman preferred series, and I saw that Melinda was coming out too late to get the same number that my other editions were (302). I have number 562 of Melinda. This is what I'm suggesting.... If you are the owner of number 302 of Melinda, I would switch you my copy of Melinda for that one. I collect all things Neil, so you know that it will be in excellent condition. If you are the owner of this and may be interested in the switch, email me at span112@charter.net. I've emailed them twice for a price quote to ship to Canada and they still haven't got around to it. they keep forwarding my email to someone who apparently doesn't care.
