and so far, i really like it! its a little weird because it is very similar to the bbc production, much more so than i am used to in book/film comparisons. so in some sense i feel like i already know what is going to happen, but on the other hand i am delightfully surprised on every page by little nuances of the characters...

I read the book time and again until I found the audio book ... and now a TV-Show? Brilliant!

If I recall correctly, it was originally intended to be a tv series only. Neil began writing the book on set when he realized it wasn't going to achieve what he had in mind.
