Were you following fan theories? Did the timeline theory play out like you thought it would?

How far do you think Maeve is programmed?

Ford ultimately wanted what Arnold wanted??

Personally, I like the open ended finale. I don't think I really need more seasons, but that's just me.

edited to add more spoiler space

I loved it. Yes, some fans guessed major plot points, but seeing how those plot points played out was just, it was like a feast.

I did follow fan theories and the timeline theory played out mostly as I thought it would. I think Maeve was only programmed as far as getting on the train. Her turning back around to get her daughter is off script. Maybe Maeve has now developed consciousness as well?

ShogunWorld!!! I can't wait for the next season but am sad that won't be until 2018. This show has been high, high quality programming on so many levels.

You know what would be cool? Wuxia World. Screw realism, man, let me run across lakes and treetops. (Or would it be Jianghu World? But isn't that redundant?)

Anthony Hopkins was fantastic, I hope we still get a few more flashbacks here and there, but even if he's gone for good, Ford the character casts a long shadow, the god-creator.

There was some discussion if that was real Ford or a host version of himself (remember the host being created in the cottage?). I do hope we see more of Hopkins next season.

I just scrolled to the end of the thread to say I've only watched one episode so far - but I'm hooked already!
