And yes, I met a Weeble! Weebles, it seems, are extremely hard to catch on film, but I have been lucky and will post proof of contact. Weeble also says she was having a quiet day, but if she was, she certainly made up for it in quality. She is delightful, especially when she gives you a wide eyed look and then says something unexpected and pointed! Wanderer was a little shy and very nice and determined to be a good host, which he absolutely was. He also doesn't sound at all clipped and New Yorkian but like he has all the time in the world, which is great, especially while hanging round all the pretty places in Brooklyn. Hubby now thinks that this is the perfect place to live, btw, I blame you. Digital Primate took us out for cocktails and showed me pictures of his house. Then must have gotten alarmed at the look on my face because he carted us off to this Cajun place where to his obvious relief I had an embarassing and public foodgasm. I realise the people who own the floors aren't onboard right now, but the link to the hyatt is doable as well.
But I don't know which airport would be best to fly into? I'm assuming O'Hare? You're coming in on the bus, so that's no help. I should go to bed, but I just keep thinking.... I can go to Chicago! Why couldn't this have happened 2 months ago so I could've gone to see Crowded House! grr! ah well, they shall tour again pretty soon. and I need on of those wheely draggable luggage thingys.
