Okay, I should be landing at not long after 10 tonight, and getting to Jackson/Dearborn station on the blue line at around 11:30. People going to be there to meet me, or do I have to find the park itself?

Thank you Maeves dad, as you see we managed to find her, and we were very pleased about that!

My dad (Pappy, as he's best known) is very aware of the board - I read out bits of it to him nearly every time I'm on, so he knows you all - in general at least. Smile

And he knows how important the board and boardies are to me, so I'm tickled he came onboard too. I have a great dad.

We got in soooo late - brainless (on my part) misunderstandings, Nel and Royko are totally awesomesauce! Smile

(Smaug - I really did start work on the Project whilst I was trapped in the airport. Smile)

Ok OK! I have some pictures to stave off the pressing angry masses!

At the bean where we could not go under for threat of Lightning! (see the ominous clouds in the reflection?

A cool Lan reflection at Tribune Tower

JP and Mrs O. admiring the riverside cityscape

A grinning Mythos

A startled Lan!

Austrians eat their hot wings all funny-like!

Not to mention those crazy Canucks and their spaghetti and chopsticks!

She Lives! and is a really good funnel cake hunter gatherer...ask Tongster...

Well, she'd never a jello shot!

-and probably never will again!

Chillin' in Chi-town

Cute Onionseseses

The mass of humanity that was just one bit of the throng filing out of the city after the fireworks!

But we survived, and found a nice looking clean shaven gentleman along the way!

Today we await the last shift of invaders from MN to celebrate the 4th with us!

More to follow!

First off, I'm jealous of y'all.

Second, there's nothing wrong with eating hot wings with a knife and fork. I can eat ribs that way too. It's just that you weird Americans have a hard time with the whole concept. I am, however, quite impressed by Mythos' chopsticky prowess.
