I doubt you are like at all like Seth, then. You do not appear to be a painter who really likes scotch.

"Is that Ms Ephemera hovering over the croquet lawn?"
"Indeed m'lud. She's marshalled all the haggle-dans. Missy-twigs and vale-nymphs from Claypole Woods. Apparently she intends to tear this house down and dance on the ruins."

I just clicked on Mattvid's "Fox News is still retarded" link (and boy are they ever) and there are some little ad boxes, one of which says-

Rachel Ray, Furi and EVOO

I want to know what Furi's been doing with Rachel Ray and the EVOO! Big Grin

My Swiss coworker sent a blistering storm of rage down on the Bernese. Made me think of Thirith. I had to laugh. Big Grin

What did he/she say about the Bernese? Was it about the political clique or about the locals? Anyway, I've only been a "Bärner" for roughly two years, so I'm sure I'm exempt from the rage. Big Grin

She said "Die Berner Beamten sind so was von langsam! Die sind schlimmer als die Wiener, echt!"

Apparently she's trying to find out more about investing in Bernese property and the municipal press reps have sent her two false email adresses, three wrong numbers and everyone's taking at least two days to finally tell her "das ist aber nicht die richtige Nummer..."

And also "die reeeeeeden soooooo laaaaangsaaaam, eeeecht!"

She was fairly hopping up and down on her table in rage. I think she comes from round the Bernese area, though. (Her parents have a farm there, and just gave her a sheep for her birthday, called Bängu. Big Grin )

To summarize: They're slower than even the Viennese (and that's saying a lot). Not only do they react more slowly, they also taaaaaaaalk sloooooower.
