BWAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!!! Was there an interpretive dance? Oh, please let there have been an interpretive dance!!!

Yesterday I had a Dad come into the library who came up and was looking for books on The Talk for his 11 year old daughter. My last library had this awesome pop-up book detailing the processes involved in the magical mystery of birth. I wish this library had it. He seemed like the sort that would have enjoyed it.

Eek a... pop-up book? *must stop images must stop images*

I never had a Talk. My parents bought me a picture book called Where Do Babies Come From? which just confused me becuse I thought all babies were born by ceasarian... Everything else I learned from people at school with older siblings, and following the great tradition I told my sister aaaall about it Razz

I never had the talk either but on subject, the Song of Solomon was pretty imformative on that regard, maybe not on mechanics, but definately on breaking the mystery of the female body.

Well it got me thinking at least. Wink

there should've been! but, really, it was enough to see the "balls" flopping around on the floor, etc. I would say more, but it's FW-worthy.

(I also was given a book rather than the talk, but the more interesting tidbits I learned from the internet.)

Can I ask that the next reply to Apathy's post actually be in FW? I appreciate a sex discussion as much as the next person, but we're toeing the line here.
