yeah it's the weirdness of it, really. Although he's got a fairly turbulent life at present so it could be that something really urgent/dreadful happened. I'm waiting to see if I hear from him today..

I can't let myself just walk away and write it off though, is that dumb? We've just been getting on so well, and for the first time since Christmas I'm not spending all my time thinking about Ferrau. I wonder if it might be more sensible to just cut my losses on this one though...

My instict would be to leave it - maybe say to him that you're sorry, but this obviously isn't working out. But I'm not on the inside of it.

I would continue knitting that cardigan if my left shoulder all the way down to the wrist didn't hurt so very much.

Happy lunchtime to all

Veggie burrito from Trader Joes today.

I thought I was getting a cold but it might just be allergies.

If this keeps up I will probably tape (Yes I still use VHS tapes Razz ) Lost and watch it on my next day off so I can go to bed early.

Lately Dev has been forgetting his homework. Not that it's nothing he can't handle and he's well above the average reading level and all that, but still. Today when I picked him up, before we left the building I asked him, 'Do you have your homework?' His reply was 'Yes'. Come home, no homework. If I tell him no computer, he just watches telly, or vice versa, so I just decided to make him write out 'I will not forget my homework' one hundred times, legibly. I hate being forced to be the bitch...

Ahahahaha. Sing it!

(This is remarkably similar to what happens when we mind Alex. But the song is slightly different.)

You are a Leprechaun. I'm not even sure what you are. Whiskey-soaked reports from your baffling Isle of Ire raise more questions than they answer. Are you a dwarf? Where's your pickax? If you're an elf, why don't you cobble? You'd think with all your gold, you could invest in some land, perhaps a title, and improve your station. Instead, you hide it in meteorologically-determined locations. You're getting killed on inflation, little friend!

something cool was going to happen, then it wasn't, then it was again and now it isn't again. This is all in the space of 9 hours. I don't like being a yo-yo
