Need to vent. I just finished doing an online app. for Boise ID. It was the worest online App I have ever seen. Half way in and it bumped me out, so I had to start over. Then it wouldn't reconize my school or major. Finaly found an 'other' button. Got to the part on certifications - none of mine were listed and there was no 'other' button this time. They had a place to upload a resume but not a cover letter.

Do I really want this job???

[sending ~vibes~ to those in need. I'll take some back when/if I get an interview.]

I think this thread must be working. Spent the morning doing call backs and online apps. Taking a break I hoped over to the board. While I was sitting here the phone rang -- I have a phone interview Friday!!!!(Please send 'good interviewing' vibes.)

Thanks all, I think it went alright.

The only one I panicked at was 'why do you think Excel is a useful too for handling budgets' Eek

Overall though I think I did good.

I suppose "because it's the right tool for the job, you moron" wouldn't have been an acceptable answer?

Fingers crossed now, for the phone call!

They always have to throw one really STUPID question in there to see how you handle that sort of situation.
As long as you didn't say whay Hive said not to say- I'll bet that you did PRETTY darned good!

I mean- it's obvious from your avatar ALONE that you are a fine- upstanding young man!!

Good luck!!
