Posted Hide Post what you need to do is check on your host's faqs the ftp address, you copy it in the address bar, when asked to put in a username and a password you just use the ones provided to or by your host. then you just upload whatever are the files you need to have uploaded are. it will all be a lot easier if you keep the folders bar open. otherwise you can use Dreamweaver, or download some easy to use ftp programs, such as SmartFTP ore CuteFTP.
