went to a cookout yesterday and many people commented on how good my carrot cake was! it's my own recipe, sort of, long ago I read through carrot cake recipes and mixed them all up and added some stuff that I like and well, it's my recipe now!
 Usually I use pumpkin puree, but I had pineapple left over from something else and so I used that. Twas yummy indeed!
