Mine was The Sugarcubes. First cassette - Ziggy Stardust. First lp - The Jetsons - go figure (it was a birthday present from my sister, 7 years older). Oh, wait - I left out 8-tracks -- 'Best of Bread', and something or other from the Doobie Bros.

Heh-heh -- I typed 'Doobie'

My First Stereo (not a trademarked name) had a recording 8-track in it -- how o(ld/dd) does that make me?!

I figure this is as good a place as any to post this, but I've just stumbled upon this - iTag - which is a slick program that allows you to title, tag and add descriptions to jpgs without degrading the photo, and then allowing other programs such as picasa (and iTag, obviously) to see the info. It also allows you to search the tags and keywords allowing you to organize your thousands and thousands of photos. Haven't use it yet, plan to try it over the weekend, but what I've read looks interesting.

*disappointed*

I expected that with a name like iTag it'd be an internet form of tag.

I love this pic. There are just so many things that draw my eye, but like those weird pencil drawings where you can see a young woman or an old crone, but not both at once - you just can't see everything all at once - if I focus on the reflection, then the rain drops lose out, if I focus on the rain drops, then the reflection drops.

It's fascinating. (and I'm not entirely sure I'm making much sense, but what else is new. Smile)

Here.

Behind the German Red Cross hospital in Köpenick, Berlin. The house in the middle of the map was torn down. These are its foundations (or new foundations in its place).

Today I plot to go back to the derelict building with all the scaffolding, and have a proper look. I am afraid of finding dead things!
