*likes coconut in her curries as well*

I am kind of fond of just having curry paste around to add to things. Like soup or eggs.

I usually put coconut milk in the rice, not in the curry itself. Cook rice in coconut milk instead of in water. Yum.

**hugs the Smaugy in her very own thread**

**brings in some wine, some chocolate, and some green curry sauce with veggies and with no coconut milk in it**

(is it obvious I drank waaayyy to much ice tea this evening? Strong and with tons of sugar and ICE, Domitella. That's right: sugar and ice. I'm sorry this offends the dignity of true tea, but I can't actually repent because it tastes so nummylicious.)

*changes the billards to pool*

*makes sure the DDR machine has a switch off mode for when quiet sober time is needed.*

You are an Accomptant. You keep track of the King's accounts, which is a fairly simplish job: his current holdings is always A LOT, and his expected revenue is always MORE. 'Sgood ta be da King. As long as there isn't a peasant uprising, you're likely to keep your head. Also, you're the only one in the office who knows how to use an abbacus. (Or multiply.) (Or add.)

I prefer to live in a country that's small, and old, and where no one would ever have the NERVE to wear a cape in public, whether they could leap tall buildings in a single bound or not.

this is an awesomely awesome thread!

regarding the whole coconut in curry thing - if i'm having indian curry i like the non-creamy non-coconutty ones - bhuna is probably my favourite.

but on the other hand i do really, really like thai green curry. mmmm....

and i don't think i've ever had a chinese curry.. something to be remedied methinks

I'm not so keen on Chinese curry - although I probably haven't had one somewhere really nice. I find them just spicy, without all the flavour that Indian curry has to go with it.

I have played DDR. last Friday. first and last time. I sucked.

however, it is funny to watch the husband play. especially as he is commonly compared to a hobbit. envision Frodo playing DDR while tossing his arms about goofily and cackling like a maniac.
