I wore pants yesterday that I haven't worn in 5 years.

Not that I've spent the last 5 years pantsless...

Has lost 19 pounds since September Smile

I would like to lose at least 10 more.

I like picking the most food filled time of the year to eat less. I figure, if I can do it now then I can do it anytime. Smile

I'm hopping on as well. I'd like to be 10 lbs lighter or so by the new year.

I'm in the midst of the Great Bridal Weight Loss Challenge of 2009-2010. So far, I'm down around 15 lbs and have lost 7% of my body fat content. I'm shooting for 20-25 more lbs by July.

My short term goal is to be at 29% body fat by January. I should be down another 10 lbs by then if I stick to my routine. I'm hitting the gym between 3-5 times a week and I have a high protein, low fat meal plan that I'm sticking to. Oh, and 64 oz of water a day is a must!

*thinks about it*

Maybe later, post-Holiday. I just want to relax and eat what I please for now.

when I start my new job there'll be nowhere to get lunch, so I'll haave to start taking my own, which means healthy lunches! I've also finally got my exercise on prescription through so will be working out at least once a week. it's looking hopeful....

i think i'm going to find next week that i've put on all the weight i lost the other year.

i need to decide what if anything i want to do about it - truthfully i'd much rather read than exercise....

and wine and curry are toooo nice to give up! perhaps i can consider cutting down though...

we'll see
