Can I request that the next challenge be a summer dish? Not that squash risotto isn't great, but it is rather wintery. Because of how, you know, squash is a winter vegetable, and risotto involves standing over a hot stove stirring. What about potato salad?
Everyone has their own recipe, and I'd like to see someone else's, and it is usually fairly easy. Ha! I was a vegan for eleven years, and I managed to escape salad for most of it! You'd be amazed how many junk food items labelled as "bacon flavoured" are actually vegan...

this thread is for a cooking challenge, kinda like the creativity challenge one.
