Someone mentioned a page or so back that this can also be used to stregthen your core - just keep your abs pulled in and tight.

I have a LOT of core.
I think I should double this with doing stomach crunches. Though I utterly hate those. They're not hard but incredibly boring and also disorientating. Did the initial test...
and ... really really great : i did 10 push ups. Acutally I don't do the regular, I can't, my back hurts to much (babie's souvenirs). And as the intial test said : if you can't perform the regular ones..; try the others.. I already knew the knees one... and manage to do 10 of them.. (god i can't feel my shoulders anymore). But like it really ... Tomorrow I recieve butterfly electrosimulator stuffs... to work out my belly... and i'm about to consider a pics of me before, while and after ... Péné ------------- P.E.N.E.
