Surprisingly my arms have not bene convulsing in pain yet. Well, they do at the time, but normally they ache for days after. Not so now...

Ok, I'm going go with the pack too. I've been doing WiiFit for the past two months, and I'm starting to out grow it. Had to add extra crunches because I beat the Wii. But that's mostly been working the lower body, so need to give the upper body some work too. I did the initial test today, only did 9, but that's ok. Good enough place to start.

I've been doing something similar to this, though not push ups. Every day I walk two laps around the upper level of my work. It's not a long walk, but I do so in a 15 minute time limit cuz I do it every day on break. I've hit seven laps around and can't seem to do faster, yet. Once I do a lot faster I'll move to the stair climbing. Yikes.
