jason lee Member	Posted Y'know, I really loved her character, and I miss her, and I become happy everytime I reread American Gods and reach the part where she taps on Shadow's shit-on-wheels. And led me to think and wish Gaiman would write a sequel or a spin off featuring girl Sam.

Posted Hide Post It would be fun if he did, and I'd love to read it because Sam is majorly cool. My only problem is that unless he does some major stretching to get her into another one of his stories, she's probably not going to have a life that gets involved with the sort of strangeness it did in AG. Posted Hide Post Yup. I was kind of upset that Shadow and girl Sam didn't wind up together, but then I thought for a second, would it have been better if they did get together? Not that it would've been sappy, but it felt like Shadow had more adventures to go on. And you're right, too, about Sam's story should expand and go to places we wouldn't expect. But she's such a weird, yet cool character. I always liked the idea that when Sam said she was told that she's a half-breed by her father, it was also applying that she's part goddess.

In the past few days, we've been getting a *huge* amount of Notifications that are bouncing back to the mod email.
