Has anyone actually received a copy of the Hill House Publishers limited edition?

I put my order for the Gaiman subscription back in September and I've yet to receive anything. I can't get hold of anyone at Hill House to find out what's going on either so I'm now slightly concerned - they're not exactly cheap!

Managed to finally get hold of someone there today. Apparently my books are on there way and they're throwing in some freebies as it's taken so long so that's me happy again (assuming it all gets here ok of course!)

How did you get ahold of them? I've been trying for over three weeks! I'm pissed!

I phoned them and left a message in the end - they then called me back and were very apologetic.
I've now got my copy of American Gods and Melinda - still waiting for Anansi Boys tho.

How long did it take? I've called them a million times and left something like 5 messages, not counting emails.

They actually picked up the phone when I was in the middle of leaving a message. I had tried emailing previously but didn't get any response.

I did get an email after the call however, suggesting using peter.hillhouse@gmail.com as their main address so you might give that a try.

I ordered mine back in march. at least I'm not the only one having trouble contacting them.

it worries me to know that they have my cash, and I have no book.

I did eventually get my copy of American Gods and the Good Omens screenplay (along with some prints). I originally signed up for the Neil Gaiman Preferred Edition series, but I haven't had anything since. I've pretty much written them off to be honest.

Neil did say on his blog that he had news about Hillhouse to pass on, but I haven't read anything yet.
