it's better to laugh, than it is to cry
my cup runeth over with blood and not wine
the last was the flood,

You could do a search of neilgaiman.com or Hill House Publishers. This is what I found at the Hill House website.
quote:
This edition features over 12,000 words of text that did not appear in any previous editions of the novel. This never-before-seen material was cut before publication of the trade editions for space considerations. Prior to this Hill House Limited Edition, the material only existed in Neil's original typescript—which most readers would never have the opportunity to see. Now you have a chance to own Neil Gaiman's masterpiece in the form the author originally intended. This edition of AMERICAN GODS is to be considered the Author's Preferred Edition.

Limited to a single edition of just 750 copies, the book is a beautifully designed example of the art of bookbinding. Each volume is numbered and signed by Neil Gaiman. Collectors and readers alike will welcome the chance to add this handsome volume to their Neil Gaiman collection.

The limited edition of AMERICAN GODS features over 12,000 words (over 40 pages of new material) that did not appear in the trade edition of the book.
The book is bound and slipcased in a beautiful Japanese silk cloth.
The trim size of the book is 7" x 10"—significantly larger than the trade edition.
The text of the book has been completely reset and designed.
The text is printed in a two-color process (dark purple and black).
The slipcase features a die-cut on the front panel.
The slipcase features a unique ribbon-pull which allows easy removal of the book.
ISBN: 0-931771-02-1
And here's a review of it I found on greenmanreview.com, again from a simple google.

If you order this edition from amazon UK, £5.59 plus shipping. That edition has the authored preferred text as an affordable paperback.

If you order the Hill House edition then it's $200 plus shipping.
