With some makeup and long hair I think ADRIEN BRODY would be perfect for dream. tall, skinny, pale, big nose and the right kind of manic depressive expression on his face.

Hayden Christiansen has the perfect physique for Dream. He's also a pretty good actor when not being directed by George Lucas. I also like someone else's choice of Adrian Brody, though I prefer him as Destiny.
Ellen Paige should be Death.
Blake Lively or Brittany Murphy could be Delirium.
Katherine Moennig would be a good choice for Desire, as Tilda Swinton is probably too old now.
Brendan Gleason was first to come to mind as Destruction, but in keeping with the ages of the other performers, I'd recommend Tyler Mane.
Despair will likely be computer generated or a fat suit, so the voice performer would be most key in that role (and almost anyone can whisper!) but I think it would be cool if it was Amber Tamblyn.

Jude Law would make an excellent Lucifer, and the Corinthian could be Mads Mikkelsen.

I've always thought several different actors should play Dream. The way his appearance changed in the series with each artist who rendered him, I thought it was perfect for the character.

Oh, I agree with who said Zoe Deschanel could be Death. Christini Ricci probably could do it, too.

As to Lucifer, I though, "OMG, its David Bowie," when I was reading "Preludes but David Bowie doesn't look like that anymore so Cillian Murphy...Heh. The "casting game" is my favorite mental game aside from "what would I do if I won the lottery."
