It's the end of the school year and my library club is having a cosplay, and i have decided to go as the Lady Door from Neverwhere (seeing as i already own a bomber jacket).

The problem is that i don't know what else to do. I'd always pictured her as wearing a sort of old-timey Victorian dress, but i can't get a hold of one. I have until Thursday to come off as super-genius-mega-cool (amongst the library club, at least), so if anybody has any ideas to halp me look like technically-homeless nobility of an alternate universe, please, *pleeaase* help me.

isn't Door described as wearing several layers of things that don't match? i suggest just pile most of your wardrobe on, or go to a charity shop, pick up a bunch of old things, "distress" them (i.e. rip them, sandpaper them, make holes etc etc) and try that.
