Well, you can ebay it.

Or wait however long it takes for the Death movie to come out.

Or make your own.

Hot Topic used to sell them years ago, but alas, no more.

I don't know of any either, but it does seem eBay might be your best option. Do you know how to set up an alert? eBay will email you when a particular item you're looking for shows up. You can set the alert to scan descriptions, not just item titles, so you could put the size in the alert also.

I looked around at some comic book sites as well as Hot Topic and Torrid's websites and didn't have any luck. If you get your comics through a comic store, I'd suggest asking your retailer to see if they could special order one

for eBay, you just have to wait for the rare occasion they do have sandman clothing because it is far and few. You probably have a better chanc of getting fanart or the similar and printing it out on special paper (expensive i might add as well) to a blank t-shirt. There are lots of links to sites that have artwork (even some of his own) for sandman and all. this is also a great site if no clothes (hope it works) http://www.neilgaiman.net/news-home.php
