What i cant find on the Neils Graphic Novel list
is At Deaths Door an manga type of a graphic novel which tells me how Season of Mist continued especially concerning Hell an its fate after Morninstar gave The Key to Morpheus
I must apologize author of Season of Mist an unthinkable, stupid, unreasonable act of Destruction under heavily medicated to hell
With psychic drugs as always more or less
Hospital which is not an hospital, its Mentally Ill Ghost House but as in sign there reads Hospital Sairaala, Nikeli (kun ei tehhoo sittempi laitethaan myrkyhyä kehhoon)

Neil didn't write "At Death's Door." It was written about 10 years after the Sandman series was done with by Jill Thompson. It was inspired by the characters he created, but he didn't write it.

Beyond that, I'm not entirely sure what your question is....?
