Who are you people? serriously, on a board devoted to Gaiman and all things related to the dude, not even a mention of the recent article? Why? Maybe because the article paints Gaiman in a not too fond light, imean what with him being a Scientologist and cheating on his now ex-wife and all.

I didn't even know there *was* an article in the New Yorker about him. Thanks for pointing it out, it was an amusing read. Smile

can't we have a link to save those of us who can't really be bothered to go looking for it?

a PROPER troll would have quoted extensively, mind you. fail.

Limertilly: A pagan deity forgotten by man and therefore banished to the realms of memory and darkness now remembered by a young girl in downtown L.A. in the form of a dream and therefore freed to reap your revenge on the people who discarded you, thereby forcing said girl to learn to use her innate yet awesome powers as a soothsayer to gather forces of the Earth to defy you and once more banish you to your cold, cold prisoooooon

The originator of this thread isn't Bug, but he is banned.

And it's in the New Yorker, which is made of this sort of slurry of wood and chemicals that's then pressed into sheets. Christy tells me this stuff is called "paper." Simply barbaric, if you ask me.

Anyway, might be at a newstand or something.

That's the article I figured it meant.

Clearly my reading comprehension is slipping, since I didn't get the same info from it. Razz
