While waiting for my wife at the dentist earlier this week I read a profile in Time magazine of Stacey Abrams, the Democrat nominee for governor of Georgia. If elected she would be the first female African American governor in the US. It's Georgia, so I'm not holding my breath; then again, Alabama rejected Roy Moore, so who knows.
Anyway, I read this passage describing her family room - "which is lined floor to ceiling with family photos, African art and books: Aristotle, Elmore Leonard, Neil Gaiman, Robert Caro."
Just thought I'd share this in case no one else saw it.
