A group of bloggers who focus on children's/teen books have gotten together to create their own award--the Cybils.
Anyone (yes, ANYONE) can nominate a title (published in 2006) in the following categories: Fantasy and Science Fiction (for kids or teens), Fiction Picture Books, Graphic Novels (again, for kids and teens), Middle Grade Fiction, Nonfiction (for Middle Grades and Teens), Nonfiction Picture Books, Poetry, and Young Adult Fiction.
If you love kids or teen fiction, head over and nominate your heart out (though just one title per category, please)! But hurry, you only have until November 20th to submit your favorite titles of the year.
