MacBeth is probably my favorite play, although I think Othello's may be my favorite villain. (Despite his lack of definite motive). I just love how many great lines on subjects like honesty and integrity the biggest liar in fiction gets.

I am so jealous. If there is one actor who is I think is perfect for that role in all it's complexity its Sean Bean. I was so disheartened when I found out that he already has done MacBeth. Maybe there's a recording of it somewhere...

I saw a great production of Measure for Measure last year in London. I don't think that there was anyone famous in it, but they managed to make the scene changes instantaneous so it was more like watching a movie than a play.
